Frequently Asked Questions

How do we place an order?
An order form is attached every time we open a group order (GO). Simply fill up the order form to place an order. You can also message us to ask for the order form.

Where are you located?
We are located in Davao City, Philippines.

Where do you source your albums?
We buy our albums direct from official sites such as Ktown4u, Synnara, Apple Music, Weverse, and others. All our products are official and counted on the charts.

What is your mode of delivery?
We use couriers such as J&T, JRS, Grab Express, and Shopee checkout for certain orders. Shipping rates are included in every order form. You can also view shipping rates here. For orders exceeding 6 albums, we will not yet include your local shipping fee in the amount due. We will notify you once the albums have arrived at our Ph address to weigh your orders.

What is your mode of payment?
You can pay through GCash, Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, PNB Fund Transfer, or BDO Fund Transfer. Our payment details will be given via email after you place your order.

Where can we track our orders?
To track the status of your order, kindly refer to our master list. Please take note that we update our master list every Friday and Saturday. As for your Tracking Number, we will provide it to you once the albums have arrived at our Philippine Address and picked up by your chosen courier.

Where can I view updates regarding my order?
We post regular updates on Twitter with the hashtag #SMporiumPh_Updates. If we have no new tweet with the hashtag, that means there is no new update. We also post the same updates on our Instagram account via stories and you can view them on our "updates" highlight. We also send mass updates via email every box shipment from South Korea, if your order is included in the shipment.

Do you accept COD?
No, we don't accept cash on delivery. But, we offer negotiable long deadline of payments. Kindly refer to our General Terms & Conditions for more information.

Do you accept card pooling?
Yes, we accept card pooling orders for certain group orders. For more information, kindly refer to our Card Pooling Terms & Conditions section.

1. Be a Sure Buyer
Be 1000% sure before filling out and submitting the order form.
2. Check your Details
Please make sure to triple-check the information you provided before submitting the form. If you wish to change the information you provided, you can email or DM us.
3. Payment
We indicate a deadline of payment (DOP) for every order. Down payments and installments are accepted. You can pay the down payment on any day after submitting the order form, provided that you will pay the remaining balance on or before the DOP.
4. Submission of Payment Form
After submitting the order form, you will receive a confirmation email of your orders along with a link to the Payment Form. Please don't forget to fill out the form when your payment has been sent. We will not recognize your payment unless you submit the form. We will send an email to confirm that we have received your payment.
5. Deadlines
If you haven't paid on or before the Deadline of Payment (DOP), you'll be given a three-day grace period to settle the amount. If you fail to pay after the three-day grace period, your order/s will be canceled.
6. Cancellation of Orders
We secure and reserve the items that you order. Cancellation is only allowed within 24hrs after submitting the order form. If you want to cancel, you’ll have to pay the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50 % of the total price of the item/s that you ordered.
7. Be Patient
If the items are not on hand, expect your orders to arrive at least 3-6 weeks after shipping out the items from Korea. Expect some delays if it's the holiday season in Korea or the Philippines. Updates regarding the shipment and ETA of the items will be announced accordingly.
8. Shipment
Rest assured, we won't ship damaged or faulty items. All orders will be packed securely. After shipping out the items, the local couriers will be responsible for taking care of the items. We will not be held accountable for loss or damages caused by the local courier service.
9. Combined Shipping
You can request combined shipping for multiple orders. Feel free to message the shop for this request. Although, take note that specific orders will arrive at an earlier date compared to others. If you wish to combine your multiple orders, you will have to wait. We will keep you updated once the products are on our PH address.
10. No Returns and Refunds
We don't give refunds unless your order is out of stock or sold out. Return request will only be granted if the wrong item/s was shipped.
11. No cash on delivery/ pickup
You need to pay first to secure the item/s. We will only ship your order after your full payment. DOP for the shipping fee and items are the same.
12. Lost Parcels
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery information when filling up the form. Track your orders by checking our updates or visit the courier's website to track your parcel/s. We will not give refunds for lost parcels due to your chosen courier's negligence.

Please be a 1000% sure card pooler. Think before you submit.

1. If you fill-up the form, it means you are permitting SMporium PH to open your sealed album package.

2. Buyer will receive an unsealed album but still with complete inclusions.

3. We will ask for your top 3 priority members since there is no guarantee that we will get a photo card of a specific member.

4. We will prioritize those who settled their payments first.

5. Please make sure to triple-check the information you provided before submitting the form. If you wish to change the information you provided, you can email or DM us.

6. After submitting the card pooling form, you will receive a confirmation email of your orders. Please confirm whether the information stated in the email is correct.

7. If you wish to cancel your card pooling order, please inform us right away. Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your orders once the albums have arrived at our PH address.
